In the Select output files page of the Batch validation wizard you can select the output options for this batch validation task.
Check the Write processed record to new file box if you want to keep your current file unchanged. The program will create a new file of the type you specify and write all processed records to that file.
NOTE: If the currently linked file is in a format that cannot be updated, selecting a new output file is mandatory.
Select the options you want for invalid addresses:
Check Remove invalid addresses from file if you want the output file only to have valid records (either already valid or corrected during this validation task) in it.
Check Remove foreign addresses from file if you want foreign addresses to be removed from the output file.
If you have selected either Remove invalid addresses from file or Remove foreign addresses from file check Write removed addresses to file in order to save the removed records. If you do not specify a file for the removed addresses they will be deleted permanently.
