You specify the necessary information needed for yourself and Royal Mail to identify the mailing on the Project information page of the Presort Wizard. Depending on the bulk mail product and options you choose, all or part of the information entered on this screen will be printed on the output of your project.
Enter the project information in the following boxes:
Project title. Type or review the project title. You may want to use a more descriptive name for the project than the filename. The project title will be displayed above the Summary and Line Listing.
Project reference. In this field you can enter a shorter project reference. The contents of this field will be used on the douments and labels for your project.
Day of posting. Type the date your mailing will be posted or the delivery start date for deferred mailings.
Accepting office. Enter the abbreviation for the Distribution Centre from which you will be posting your mailing. Please note that the Accepting Office used must be agreed by Royal Mail. The field will appear on the labels for the posting.
