You select the layout of the labels that are produced as the result or presorting on the Presort labels page of the Presort Wizard.

FlexMail produces labels for the bags/trays and bundles according to the layout specified by Royal Mail in the Users Guide. The layout of the labels depend on the type of container (bags, trays ALP's) you have selected for ypur mailing. The lists on the page show the layouts that are available for the job. In most cases this is only a single layout template that cannot be changed due to the Royal Mail specifications. Only for certain Presort services you will be able to choose from multiple templates.
