On the Contract holder information page of the Presort Wizard you specify the name and the address of the person or company who has a contract with and will be invoiced by Royal Mail. The information you enter will be used on the Project Summary and Line Listing that are produced as result of running the presort
NOTE: If you are subcontracting your mailing you here need to specify the name of the company to who the maining belongs, not the name of the mailing house that is handling the mailing.
