Presort labels

Depending on the selections you have made in the Presort Wizard, FlexMail will generate labels for the used containers (bag, tray, unbagged). Bundle labels will also be generated if you have checked the bundles check box in the Presort options window of the Wizard.

There are two types of labels.

  1. CFL White Labels, used with small variations for all Royal Mail bulk mail products with the exception of Walksort.

White Labels contain the Despatch Office, the day of posting, the Class, the destination, the Standard Selection Code, a Royal Mail segregation code (Alpha Code) and a contents description. All information is specific only to the destination, removing the requirement for a separate set of data for each Despatch Office and each class.

Depending on the container type (bag, tray, unbagged) selected the size and the layout of the labels is different.

Although the information and layout is exactly the same, you must use white labels for any High Sort mailing and yellow label for Low Sort mailings.

  2. Walksort Labels, which are essentailly the same labels as the CFL White Labels. For Walksort there are also always bundle labels produced in Walksort format.
