You can remove a filter applied with one of the filter commands, and redisplay more or all the records in a database.

• To disable a filter and show the records that were displayed previously in the table, query, or form, deselect the Toggle Filter command in the Sort & Filter group on the Data Tools tab.

  NOTE: Disabling a filter doesn't delete it. You can reapply the filter by clicking Toggle Filter command again.

• To permanently remove a filter, click Advanced in the Sort & Filter group on the Data Tools tab and delete the filter from the Filter box in the Advanced Filter/Sort window.

  NOTE: If you only want to temporary disable the filter, leave the filter in Filter box and deselect the Toggle Filter command.
